Thank you for choosing The Fun & Fix Co. LLCWe strive to provide excellent service and equipment for all your projects and events. Please review our refund policy below:

Refund Policy - the basics

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled pickup/delivery are NOT eligible for a refund, but may be eligible for a credit toward a future rental at our discretion.

 Weather and Force Majeure

  • In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from providing the rental as scheduled, we will issue a full refund or reschedule your rental at no extra cost.

Equipment Damage or Malfunction

  • Our equipment is well-maintained and inspected regularly. If equipment is faulty or becomes unusable during your rental period due to a defect not caused by user mishandling, we will provide a replacement or refund for the affected equipment, or credit toward future rentals.

Damaged or Lost Equipment

  • If equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen while in your care, you will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs. No refunds are issued for damage caused by misuse or neglect.

No-Show or Late Cancellations

  • If you fail to pick up your rental or cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be provided. You may, however, reschedule or receive a credit toward future rentals at our discretion.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as a store credit, depending on the circumstances and your preference.

  • Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us (below) for any issues not covered here.
