Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Agreements

• All rentals are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance.

• Rental fees are charged per the rental period selected at booking.

• A valid ID and payment information are required at the time of rental.

2. Rental Payments and Security Deposits

• Full payment is due at the time of pickup/delivery.

• A security deposit may be required for certain equipment and will be refunded upon safe return.

• Additional charges may apply for late returns, damage, or missing items.

3. Usage and Care

• You agree to operate the equipment safely and according to provided instructions.

• You are responsible for handling the equipment carefully and returning it in the same condition as received, normal wear excepted.

• Any damage or loss must be reported immediately, and repair/replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

4. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery and pickup dates and times will be confirmed at booking.

• Additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

• Late pickups without prior arrangement may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to pickup/delivery are eligible for a full refund.

• Changes or cancellations within the specified window may be subject to fees.

6. Liability and Risk

• We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage caused during equipment use.

• Use of rented equipment is at your own risk.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Fun & Fix Co. LLC from any claims arising from your use of equipment and services.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Smoking, illegal activities, or unauthorized modifications are strictly prohibited.

• Equipment must not be used for any illegal or unsafe purpose.

8. Termination of Service

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who violates these terms or behaves in a harmful or unsafe manner.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

​

10. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
